THE WHOLE
WORLD OF
THERMODYNAMICS
My Engineering Tools – professional calculators for thermodynamics, turbomachinery, heat pumps and water turbines.
Tools that make engineers' daily work more easier.
A project engineer who decided to make thermodynamics easier for everyone.
With more than 15 years of experience as a project engineer for turbomachinery and cycles, thermodynamics is my daily business. My passion for programming led me to create practical tools that help you calculate faster, avoid costly mistakes, and focus on what really matters: efficient solutions.
Every app is built with the same philosophy: simple, reliable, and tailored to real-world engineering needs. Available on your mobile phone or tablet, always with you.
CYCLES AND PROCESS ENGINEERING
Tools designed for real engineers
From fundamental laws to machine-specific calculations — free and Pro apps for turbines, compressors, expanders and cycles.
Why these tools exist
Thermodynamics is not just theory — it’s daily work. As a practicing project engineer I have seen how a single miscalculated parameter can lead to expensive mistakes or missed deadlines. That is why I built these tools: to save time, reduce errors and give engineers back their focus.
Every calculation is tested against real reference data. The interfaces are intuitive even for beginners. And they are completely offline-capable where needed.
Alberich: the encryption
Alberich is not a thermodynamics tool — it is an Enigma M4 machine in the browser and on your devices. Traditional mode mirrors the historical, involutory machine; Modern mode adds an experimental rotor protocol for everyday messaging.
- Modern: free end rotor, notches, Base-26, auto message key, ALBV telegram with HMAC check group
- Month sheets, networks and sheet word — same algorithm as the Android app
- Courier: share ciphertext and QR only from the online device
- Web at alberich.pro, Android, Chrome/Edge/Firefox companions, Thunderbird extension
- German & English UI · no account · no analytics · AGPL-3.0 on GitHub
Modern is a specified experimental protocol, not a NIST standard — see the project security notes before high-stakes use.
